Bookings: January 29, 2018

Happy Monday morning!

Can you believe it’s already the end of January? Where did the month go? I hope yours has been exciting, or at the very least, interesting. We’ve been remarkably productive this month, making progress on remodeling our bathroom (that we started in…September), booking a Spring vacation, and getting back on track after the holidays. Sometimes it’s nice to get back into the swing of things. (I believe in some circles that’s called routine……..)

I mentioned in my last Bookings post that I was mulling over some blog changes. I haven’t made any huge decisions yet, but expect the posts to be a little spaced out for the next few weeks. I haven’t been reading as quickly as usual, which means I don’t have the content for two posts a week right now. So, until I catch up, enjoy the downtime!

I mentioned we booked a vacation – as it turns out, I found a better deal than our travel agent did, so now I’m daydreaming about becoming a travel agent myself. It’s always been a little dream of mine, and I figure there’s no harm in looking into it! I’m at a point in my life where I can take the time to explore a side hustle…or hobby…or whatever you want to call it. I’ve already got a name picked out and everything. Bet you can’t guess what it is.

Ok, you got me. It’s She’s All Booked.

That’s actually part of why I picked this name when I refocused my blog last year, so I would have options to explore both the reading and the travel sides. We’ll see where it goes.

But enough about that, for now – on to the books!
