Bookings: January 1, 2018

It’s been a while since we had a Bookings post, hasn’t it? I read a ton of Christmasy stuff in December, and it was a great palate cleanser. I love meaty books, but I also love my fluff. Plus, with all the busy-ness and chaos it’s nice to just escape for a while!

I’ve been mulling over some blog changes the last few weeks. The only constant is change, right? Nothing major, just thinking about the posts in terms of value. I love book reviews, but writing them for every book I read is somewhat exhausting. Plus, I’m not sure even I’d want to read as many book reviews as I’m posting. So I’m looking at that, and whether I want to continue all the reviews or just review some, or what. Any thoughts?

I’ve enjoyed the “list” posts I’ve done, so I’m also thinking about ways to do more of those, and my travel posts have fallen off quite a bit. She’s All Booked was always intended to be more books than travel, but just because I’m not leaving town doesn’t mean a girl can’t dream! All that to say, I’m excited about 2018 and the blog.

I hope your 2018 is off to a great start, friends. Thanks for being here.

Happy New Year She's All Booked

I’m Traveling To:

I think we’re going to Asheville sometime in the next month or two, and we’re talking about our summer trips. My vote is going strongly for Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada.
