My Thoughts

This product is $15 on Amazon, which I think is a pretty good price, especially for the size you get. It’s an airless pump, so it’s both sanitary and easy to dispense.

So, ok. I had to grow to love this product, I really did. The first time I used it, my exact thought was “meh.” It feels, looks, and smells like a moisturizer. In fact, the packaging even says you can use it as a light facial moisturizer. It didn’t do anything special for me. But, I kept using it, because I wanted to give it a fair shot. And it didn’t make my eyes burn, which was a nice bonus.

And then, after about 3 weeks of using it, I forgot to put it on one morning. I got to work, looked in my rearview mirror, and HOLY BATMAN WHAT THE HELL. I looked like I hadn’t slept in a week. My eyes looked tired, and crinkly, and gross. I spent the rest of the day hiding so nobody would ask if I was tired.

Needless to say, I’m a firm believer in this eye cream. Of all the creams I’ve tried, this is the only one that I’ve actually been able to tell a difference. The skin under my eyes (you know, that really thin skin?) no longer looks “crepe-y,” my dark circles are diminished, and *gasp* those little fine lines are smoothing out. SOLD. And it’s not a whole lot more than what I’d pay at a drugstore, so you can bet this one will go in my lineup for sure.

Foxbrim Organic Argan Oil

Our 100% Pure Organic Argan Oil is an exceptional moisturizer rich with Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. We absolutely love this natural oil. A few drops is enough to revitalize your skin, face, hair and nails. Lightweight and fast absorbing, find out for yourself why this natural oil is “liquid gold”.

Ingredients: Organic Argania Spinosa (Argan Oil) Kernel Oil

My Thoughts

This one is also $15 on Amazon. Argan oil is fairly versatile. You can use it on your hair – either an an overnight treatment or as a finishing oil. It also works as a facial moisturizer and cuticle treatment.

I’m not super experienced with Argan Oil – I’ve only tried a few different ones. The first thing I noticed about this one was the smell. It smells….supposedly “nutty” but I just thought it smelled weird. The other oils I’ve tried haven’t had a scent. You can’t smell it once you’ve put it on though. And, after a little research, I found that pure Argan Oil is actually SUPPOSED to smell. So that’s a good thing. (Another hint – it should always come in a dark bottle, because light affects it.)

I’ve used the Foxbrim oil on my skin, lips, cuticles, and hair. My favorite way to use it is actually as a moisturizer. I know, oil on your face? Am I nuts? (Probably.) Seriously though, my skin is doing so much better. My breakouts are reduced, and my skin looks firmer. It also feels really good when you put it on. I’ve also used it in my hair. I can’t put it on my roots, but otherwise, I love how shiny it makes my hair. I use it both after blow-drying and when I go wavy (in other words, when I’m lazy and let it air dry), and it works equally well for both.  I think my lips are just a hopeless case, not the oil’s fault.

Bottom Line

I’m really impressed with both of these products, and would absolutely buy them again. They’re simple, they work, the price is right, and I love the little fox.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

One comment

  1. I wouldn’t put a cream that has alcohol on my face, especially around my eyes. Argan oil truely does wonders.
