OUR PROCESS
CONSULTATION
Travel is personal, and you're more than a booking to us. We want to get to know you. We'll spend time learning your travel style, preferences, wish list, and what makes you YOU.
TRIP DESIGN
We'll work up a couple of proposals for you to look over, and we'll make changes until it speaks to you. Once you're happy, we'll take care of all the booking details.
TRAVEL
A few days before your trip, we'll send everything you need for a great time - travel tips, recommendations, a few book suggestions, and your travel docs. We're on call 24/7 during your trip.
FOLLOW UP
We get it. Coming home is hard. Check your mailbox or inbox for a surprise from us!

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO?
That's what we're here for! We'll spend the time getting to know you, what's important to you (and what's not), and what makes you tick. We'll listen, ask some questions, and then suggest a few things we think you'll love.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
It's not required, but we definitely recommend it. Travel insurance can give you peace of mind, and will help if you need medical care or if your travel plans are affected by weather or other issues. Travel is an investment - wouldn't you want to protect it?
HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT VISA REQUIREMENTS, VACCINES, AND WHETHER THE DESTINATION IS SAFE?
We'll go over all of that with you before we book your trip, to make sure you know what's needed and what's not. And, we'll never push you to travel somewhere you don't feel comfortable. You can also always check the State Department, the CDC Traveler's Health Website, and the current list of Travel Advisories.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PASSPORT?
There are plenty of beautiful escapes waiting for you in our own country! We'll be happy to work with you to find the perfect one. Or, if you've already applied for a passport (or are thinking about it), we can start planning as soon as you've filled out your application.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED, THE RESORT DOESN'T HAVE MY ROOM, OR SOME OTHER PROBLEM COMES UP?
We've got your back. Call us, and we'll do everything we can to get it taken care of while you relax in your destination. We'll even help you figure out how to get home if you lose your passport (though please don't!).
WILL I HAVE A GOOD TIME?
That's our goal, but ultimately, it's up to you. We wish we could guarantee that you'll love everything about your trip, and that everything will go smoothly. All we can guarantee is that we'll do our best to be there if it doesn't.
